Well, I have returned from my annual Thanksgiving trek to visit the inlaws in New Hampshire.....Woo Hoo! It's time to get back into the swing of Trivia so wake up from your holiday nap, get your thinking caps on and be prepared to be dazzled or is that frazzled. A new addition to your newsletter is up this week. Within each shows blurb you will now find a list of your upcoming mini-categories. You will now know at least one month in advance what you need to plan for. I hope all of you had an enjoyable Thanksgiving and I hope to see as many of you as possible back out at the shows this week.

Last Week's Blurbage

With the continued expected light night at the Barn Door last week (post tournament blues), 9 teams battled for the 3 gift certificates. I guilted "Lionel Richie" into coming out last week but the same could not be said for "Cowbell", and that still left the door open for other teams to try to get into the top spots. The much-loathed, I mean feared, "Out of the Vortex" even tried to help by having another weak night (59 points) but nobody wanted to take advantage of it. The 'Vortex swept "Wacky Corner aside with a 9 point victorywhile the "J-Men" finished another 2 points back. "Just Dumb Luck" and the "Barn Door Polo Team" were oh-so-close as they both finished with 47 points in a tie for 4th place. Brian and the newly engaged Kim and Bill were still recovering form their humiliating sloshfest on Friday night at the Barn Door. Brian was seen swinging from the rafters while dressed as a pirate..........or was that a primate while trying to encourage the ladies to play with his "parrot". You had to be there. I hope to see all of you back out Monady night.

This is a beautiful and challenging 18-hole full service public golf course located just south of the Millersville University campus at Shenks Lane and Crossland Pass. Crossgates PGA Pro Scott Vandegrift (MU Golf Team Head Coach) and assistant PGA Pro Scott Fritz are the guys to see.
