WELCOME TO THE
BILLY WARMTH TRIVIA SHOW

ANNOUNCEMENTS
My plans for Pittsburgh fell through so I WILL be hosting on Monday Night at the Barn Door. Or Webmikester, Mike Horn, was doing cartwheels when he found out that I was actually available to host my own show.

And, in a further Barn Door development, all teams who answered "Kings " to one of my Bible questions and I initially marked as incorrect will be getting that extra point.
NOW, ON WITH THE SHOW

Last Week's Blurbage

WOW, what a difference a tournament makes. It was another sold out show here at the Barn door last week as 15 teams and 77 people showed up just so I could destroy their brain cells. And, to my amusement, "R & R" won the night beating the likes of the "J-Men" and "Out of the Vortex" who finished tied for 2nd until that previously mentioned scoring correction moved the 'Vortex into 2nd all by themselves. After that scoring correction was announced, the "Wacky Corner", elated over the fact that I had announced that they finished 3rd, were relegated to 4th place. The "J-Men" complained that I had missed one of their correct answers in the final round and they were correct but it still didn't help them. AND, to shock the trivia world, "Don't Know Jack" showed up with only ONE player and that was Emily. Emily finished with a respectable 51 points playing all by herself. Not too shabby. Of course my disappointment came when I realized that the "Stupid MOFOs" didn't make it out to the show. Of course the rest of the crowd cheered that news. Back to the winners; "R & R" had a field day with the questions as they almost seemed to know what I was going to ask before I even asked it. And they have quietly, no, make that NOISILY, moved into 3rd place in the overall standings, just 5 points behind the "J-Men" and 18 points behind the 'Vortex.

Last Week's Blurbage

Last week here at Conestoga we were moved to the Dining Room from the Ballroom because of a Janney Montgomery Scott function but that worked out just fine. We packed the place with our biggest crowd since opening night with 7 teams and 54 people. We had 2 entirely new teams who are now hooked on the show and will be back. And we also welcomed back Lady Di and the 3 Amigos, aka the Street Performers, aka the Odd Couples when the men are out. Speaking of the "3 Amigos", they aced the 3rd round in their march to victory last week and crys went up for a Congressional investigation. Just a note, the very wacky "Dog Pound" has been dropping like a rock in a pond and now find themselves 13 points behind in 4th place overall. Just the fact that "Nobody Knows Crap" is ahead of them should really bug them.
